Joe grew up in Oregon about 45 minutes south of Portland, but fell in love with the Puget Sound area in college at the UW. Joe finally realized his dream of moving to Bainbridge Island in 2018 with his wife, Barbara, and their dog Cyrus. Joe joined the Board at the beginning 2021. You can reach Joe at unit 1826.
